Standard Life plc is recruiting a Senior Performance Analyst for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract based in Edinburgh or London, with a blend of office and home working. • Qualified accountant or actuary
• FP&A, commercial finance, strategic finance or performance‑management experience within a complex financial services organisation
• Experience in life insurance or pensions, including IFRS 17, Solvency II and the drivers of profit, cash and capital performance
• Proven experience managing multiple priorities and prioritising accordingly
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Good commercial judgement, analytical capability and confidence providing constructive challenge to senior stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Delivery of timely and high‑quality reporting to the Board Remuneration Committee aligned to internal targets and scorecards
• Coordinate scorecard submissions across business units with robust challenge and insightful analysis
• Complete Financial Framework scenario modelling to support financial strategy and provide CFO with insights
• Support Interim and Annual Report announcements through investor presentations, results packs and Q&A responses
• Produce Business Reviews for the Interim and Annual Report
• Collaborate with Finance teams to identify key messages and potential areas of challenge for results announcements
• Carry out regular peer and market analysis to inform strategy discussions and the financial framework
