Job summary

Standard Life plc in Edinburgh seeks a Senior Performance Reporting Analyst to lead the implementation and ongoing management of FactSet across investment, performance, risk, and reporting workflows.

The role requires hands-on FactSet experience, data integration expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement to translate business needs into configuration and reports. Hybrid role with home/office 2-3 days a week; fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing or administering FactSet in an institutional environment.
• Experience translating business requirements into platform configuration and reports.
• Ability to manage data integrations across internal systems and external sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and ongoing development of FactSet modules, data feeds, and analytics.
• Manage data reconciliation between FactSet and internal/third-party sources.
• Act as FactSet SME, providing onboarding and training to teams.
• Translate business needs into configurations and bespoke templates/reports.
• Manage relationships with FactSet, roadmap discussions, and new releases.
• Develop plans, allocate tasks, and provide status updates and MI.
