Standard Life in Edinburgh seeks a Senior Performance Reporting Analyst to lead the implementation, configuration and embedding of FactSet across investment, performance, risk and reporting processes.

The role requires hands-on FactSet experience and a solid understanding of institutional investment workflows, including platform configuration, data integration, analytics and user onboarding. 2-3 days in the office with flexible working.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or administering FactSet in an institutional investment or insurer.
• Strong knowledge of FactSet modules: SPAR, Portfolio Analytics, Fixed Income Analytics, Performance Attribution, and Reporting.
• Understanding of investment performance reporting requirements in an institutional setting.
• Experience with data integrations and structured financial data across asset classes.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into platform configuration and workflows.
• Strong project management skills with multiple workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration and ongoing development of FactSet modules and data feeds for investment, risk and performance needs.
• Manage integrations and data reconciliation between FactSet and internal/third-party systems, upholding data governance.
• Provide ongoing support, onboarding and training across investment, performance and compliance teams.
• Translate business requirements into FactSet configurations and custom reports.
• Manage relationships with FactSet, including escalation, roadmap discussions and new releases.
• Develop delivery plans, allocate tasks and provide status updates and MI on progress.
• Contribute to broader investment technology strategy and evaluate supplementary tools and vendors.
