We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Performance Analyst at our Perth CBD Office, on a 12-month maximum term basis.

About this role

As the Senior Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-level analytical advice, guidance, and support through data analysis from current and historical systems using specialised reporting tools, along with other business data, to produce reports that meet the decision-making needs of senior stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

1. Provide high-level and in-depth analytical advice, guidance, and support through data analysis using specialised reporting tools.
2. Ensure the accuracy of performance reports to maintain confidence in the data among formal leaders.
3. Recommend initiatives that support cultural, behavioural, and procedural change throughout the organisation.
4. Identify underlying issues in data integrity, methods, or systems, and recommend and implement corrective actions.
5. Develop and implement innovative reporting and data analysis methods to better represent business performance.

About you

We are seeking candidates with attributes and experience including:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, Project Management, or relevant qualifications, along with comprehensive practical experience in the relevant discipline.
2. Extensive experience in performing complex analytical and problem-solving activities, including identifying potential issues and business improvement opportunities, and presenting research findings to management.
3. Broad and extensive knowledge within a similar role in a commercial organisation.
4. A strong focus on data quality and proven experience in implementing change.
5. High proficiency in Qlik Sense, Microsoft Excel, Access, and Cognos Solutions (or similar Business Warehouse tools).
6. Demonstrable business acumen at a good standard.
