Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Tailoring reporting processes to meet client needs and aligning with best practices.
2. Delivering performance and reporting management plans based on project requirements, maturity, and best practices.
3. Implementing and maintaining reporting systems and procedures to track project controls performance.
4. Working with the Integrated Project Team to establish an accurate Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and support change control processes.
5. Rolling out reporting calendars for consistent performance data delivery and analysis.
6. Collaborating with project controls to define requirements and data flows for information management systems.
7. Leading the development and maintenance of corporate datasets.
8. Developing project performance reports and dashboards, providing recommendations to stakeholders for decision-making.
9. Training and coaching clients and team members on performance and reporting management processes.

Qualifications

1. Experience in reporting activities within a project or programme environment.
2. Proven ability to identify and document reporting and data requirements using appropriate tools.
3. Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), progress reporting, forecasting, and analysis is desirable.
4. Familiarity with Project Controls software (e.g., Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys).
5. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
6. Basic understanding of how other Project Controls aspects (Scheduling, Cost Control, Change Control) interact with Reporting.
