The Collections Strategy Performance Analyst is part of the Business Excellence function within British Gas Business Energy, focusing on operational performance.
The role involves understanding outsourced Debt Treatment performance, collaborating with operational teams to set targets, mitigate risks, and improve performance to deliver market-leading debt results.
This role is responsible for delivering analytics, assessing collection strategies, reducing debt costs, and enabling optimized credit and collections decisions.
Looking for someone with a strong understanding of credit risk, debt processes, and key performance drivers, capable of linking operational outputs to financial and customer outcomes. Excellent analytical skills, innovative thinking, and experience in improving complex organizations are essential.
Must be a proactive self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure, with a solid background in analytics and data mining. Ability to translate data into insights and work collaboratively across teams is crucial.
