Job Description:

Sr Network Performance Analyst (5G/LTE) to perform network analysis, capacity planning and optimization for our large telco client.

Location: Fully Remote (prefers Pacific & Mountain time, but open to Eastern)

Duration: 6 Months with a strong chance of extension

Description:

• Provide technical leadership in planning and deploying network capacity based on customer requirements, focusing on Network Performance, Business Needs, and Customer Experience.
• Utilize data analytics, RF Engineering, and AI/ML techniques to optimize wireless 4G/5G networks and identify new business opportunities.
• Transform RAN capacity planning processes using modern data science and automation techniques for the 5G era.
• Develop and manage RAN network capacity plans for mobility and fixed wireless users.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand new technologies and services.
• Create dashboards and visualizations to share insights with executives and teams.
• Monitor network performance to identify and predict capacity issues.
• Lead wireless capacity augmentations, working with performance and construction teams to improve customer experience.

Must-Have Skills:

• Advanced Data Science and Analytics skills, including predictive modeling and data visualization.
• Deep understanding of Wireless Networks (5G/LTE), especially RAN capacity planning and optimization.
• Programming and Database skills, including Python, SQL, and data analysis libraries.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
