Job summary

Raylo, headquartered in London, is hiring a Senior Systems & Operations Lead to own and scale the People function as we grow internationally. You will report to the Director of People and work with the People & Talent team across London and Belfast, embedding AI into daily operations.

You will manage HR systems, ensure data quality, drive end-to-end People Ops, compliance, and onboarding. The role combines design of AI-enabled processes with a focus on scalable, human-centred practices in a

Qualifications

• AI fluency applied to design smart, scalable People Ops
• Strong foundations in HR systems, contracts and data
• Experience scaling people processes across multiple jurisdictions

Responsibilities

• Own HR systems and people data - clean, scalable reporting
• Own and improve People Ops end-to-end - contracts, changes, onboarding, policy
• Drive UK employment compliance and US contractor compliance
• Own L&D infrastructure and workplace experience, line-manage Office Managers in Belfast and London
• Build AI-enabled onboarding, policy Q&A, reporting and contract workflows
