Job summary

Raylo is seeking a Senior Systems & Operations Lead to own and scale the operational backbone of our People function as we grow internationally. You’ll report to the Director of People and be based in our Belfast office, collaborating with teams in Belfast and London.

AI runs through how we work, and you’ll advance its integration across reporting, processes and policy. You’ll drive HR systems, onboarding, compliance, and the design of AI-enabled workflows while ensuring scalable People

Qualifications

• AI fluency that goes beyond buzzwords.
• Solid People Ops foundations: systems, compliance, contracts, policy, data.
• International scaling experience across multiple jurisdictions; US contractor compliance, multi-country onboarding.
• Strong communication; influence senior stakeholders and build trust.

Responsibilities

• Own HR systems and people data.
• Own and improve People Ops end-to-end, including contracts, onboarding and policy.
• Drive UK employment compliance and US contractor compliance as we expand.
• Own L&D infrastructure and workplace experience; line manage Office Managers in Belfast and London.
• Build AI into People Ops processes; design onboarding, policy Q&A and self-serve tools.
