Job summary

Raylo seeks a Supply Chain Operations professional in Belfast to scale delivery networks for growing subscriptions. You will own performance reporting end to end, coordinating with Operations, Risk and Finance, and driving automation with AI tools to reduce manual effort and improve on-time delivery.

You’ll join a fast‑growing team, bridging logistics, analytics, and supplier relationships, with a strong focus on accountability and measurable improvements in OTD/OTF.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with proficiency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and strong commercial acumen.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with startup or fast-paced environments is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own third party logistics and courier performance reporting end to end.
• Manage day-to-day performance of fulfilment partners and couriers including reverse logistics.
• Lead or support business review meetings with partners and stakeholders.
• Use AI tools (Claude, BigQuery, SQL) to automate performance tracking and reporting.
• Identify and act on delivery risks before they impact customers.
• Hold partners accountable to SLAs and establish escalation processes.
• Support or co-lead cross-functional projects to scale the network.
• Collaborate with Operations, Risk and Finance and build external partner relationships.
