SentinelOne, Inc. is seeking a People Business Partner Manager to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, embedding in the business to shape and deliver the People agenda that drives growth.

You will translate business strategy into practical People strategies, coaching leaders through talent and change decisions, and aligning across Talent Acquisition, People Technology, Total Rewards, and L&D. You will partner with customers to plan and execute programs that matter to their organization,

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree; 4+ years of experience, at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders within an organization.
• Workday experience is a must.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and planning/project management skills.

• Coach leaders on talent, performance and organizational change decisions.
