Job summary

Endava is seeking a Manager, People Partnering to lead part of the People Partner team and directly partner with executives on organisation design, talent and workforce decisions. You will drive high-impact initiatives, coach leaders, and deliver complex HR programmes across an international business.

You will balance strategic partnerships with hands-on delivery, enabling restructures, M&A integration and change management while remaining close to day-to-day business needs and employee

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or comparable role.
• Experience partnering directly with executives and senior leadership teams.
• Proven track record leading HR Partners or People Partners and delivering day-to-day business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage parts of the People Partner team with clear priorities and delivery.
• Advise executives on organisation design, talent, workforce planning and leadership capability.
• Lead complex People activities including restructures, M&A integration, and cross-jurisdiction changes.
• Act as escalation and sparring partner for complex People matters across the organisation.
• Translate strategy into practical, measurable actions and outcomes.
