Iconic Resourcing is recruiting a People Partnering Manager to shape a strategic, high-impact partner model within a large organisation undergoing transformation. You'll lead a trusted team and partner with senior leaders to embed workforce planning and people initiatives.
This role focuses on developing capability, challenging established ways of working and aligning people strategy with organisational priorities, delivering change and shaping design and talent programs across the business.
This isn't a traditional People Partnering leadership role.
You'll join a large, complex organisation at a pivotal point in its transformation journey, with the opportunity to influence how People Partnering supports the business for years to come.
You'll inherit a respected and highly engaged team that is trusted by senior leaders across the organisation. The challenge isn't building credibility. It's helping the team evolve from being valued problem solvers into strategic partners who shape organisational decisions, workforce plans and transformation outcomes.
As People Partnering Manager, you'll lead that journey, developing capability, challenging established ways of working and helping senior stakeholders embrace a more strategic partnering model.
At the same time, you'll play a key role in a significant transformation programme, supporting organisational change, workforce planning and people initiatives that will help shape the future of the organisation.
This is an opportunity to leave a genuine legacy through developing people, transforming capability and creating a more strategic approach to business partnering.
You'll be responsible for:
We're looking for an experienced People leader who combines strong leadership capability with a track record of operating successfully within large, complex organisations.
You'll bring:
Experience gained within either the public or private sector will be considered.
Few opportunities offer such a clearly defined mandate to shape both a team and a function.
With visible sponsorship from senior leadership, you'll have the autonomy to modernise the partnering model, develop an engaged team and play a central role in an ambitious transformation agenda.
If you're motivated by creating sustainable change rather than maintaining the status quo, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact within a defined period and leave a lasting legacy.
Interested in leading a strategic shift in business partnering while developing an established team and influencing meaningful organisational change? We'd love to hear from you.
