Tillo is seeking a Senior People Partner to shape the organisation as we scale across the UK, Europe, US and beyond. You’ll partner with the CPO and leadership to design people strategies, lead employee relations, and drive scalable People Operations across borders.

In this broad, influential role you’ll move between strategy and delivery, support leadership on organisational design and change, and help us write the next chapter of our People playbook while keeping the employee experience front

Qualifications

Significant experience partnering with and constructively challenging senior leaders.
Excellent UK employment law and complex ER expertise.
Strong international People experience across Europe; EOR arrangements; US/South Africa a bonus.
Experience with M&A, integration or significant organisational transformation.
Strong organisational design, workforce planning and change capability.
Experience owning People Operations, systems and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

Partner, coach & challenge senior leaders; provide commercial judgement and constructively influence decisions.
Coach managers to build high-performing teams as the company scales.
Translate business priorities into People plans; identify risks and opportunities.
Lead with data to inform reward, workforce planning and organisational decisions.
