Job summary

Dow Jones in London seeks a Senior Analyst, People Insights, to blend quantitative modeling with data storytelling across EMEA & APAC. You will serve as the regional quant-modeler and primary data translator for senior leadership, shaping workforce strategies with predictive analytics.

Working with HR and business leaders, you will ensure data integrity under GDPR while exploring new methods and AI-enabled approaches to advance the People analytics function.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Analytics or HR Data Science in a consultative/technical role.
• Strong SQL, Tableau, Excel or equivalent tools for data manipulation and visualization.
• Expertise in advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (Workday/SuccessFactors/Oracle) and core HR data.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Translate workforce challenges into hypothesis-driven analytics projects with regional stakeholders (EMEA & APAC).
• Design, build and validate predictive models (attrition, headcount, forecasting) to influence strategy.
• Translate quantitative outputs into narratives for non-technical leadership.
