Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior People Science Analyst for a 12-month FTC in London. You will partner with customers across EMEA and North America on bespoke research, owning studies from question through to action.

GenAI tools will be used to accelerate work while maintaining methodological rigor and data privacy. You will collaborate with People Scientists, Customer Success, and Account Managers to deliver insight reports and client-ready stories that improve employee experience and business

Qualifications

• Advanced quantitative research skills applied to people/workforce data.
• Experience turning survey results into business outcomes.
• Ability to design end-to-end studies and communicate insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead studies from problem framing to recommendations.
• Clean and merge datasets with privacy in mind.
• Perform rigorous analyses linking engagement, performance and outcomes.
• Use AI tools to speed research while maintaining rigor.
• Present findings to HR leaders and executives.
