Dow Jones is seeking a London-based Senior Analyst in People Insights to lead quantitative modeling and data storytelling across EMEA and APAC. You will partner with HR leaders to translate workforce challenges into actionable analytics projects and present results to senior stakeholders.

The role focuses on building predictive models, ensuring data integrity, and driving data-driven decisions that improve talent strategies across the global workforce.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau and Excel.
• Strong analytics and statistical modeling skills.
• Experience in People Analytics or HR Data Science.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and ETL tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional quantitative modeler for EMEA & APAC HR functions.
• Design, build and validate predictive models for attrition, headcount and forecasting.
• Translate complex outputs into clear narratives for leadership.
