Job summary

J.P. Morgan in London is seeking an AI & Data Scientist to advance workforce analytics within our HR Data & Analytics team.

You will apply advanced analytics, ML, and AI techniques to turn workforce data into actionable insights and solutions, partnering with business leaders, product teams, and technologists. You will help build an AI-native operating environment, contribute to model factories and evaluation frameworks, and deliver AI-powered capabilities that support evidence-based workforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (AI, Data Science, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics)
• Experience developing and deploying ML/AI solutions
• Knowledge of LLMs, agentic frameworks, or generative AI
• Experience with statistics, experiments, and model evaluation
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and enterprise data tooling
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions addressing workforce and business challenges
• Conduct statistical analyses, experiments, and model evaluations to generate insights
• Contribute to model factories and evaluation frameworks improving quality and scalability
• Apply agentic and evaluation-driven development to accelerate delivery
• Translate requirements into analytical solutions with measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with tech teams to build scalable, secure analytics and AI products
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve employee experiences through data-driven solutions
• Support adoption of reusable methodologies, tools, and vendor capabilities
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensure adherence to risk, control, and governance requirements
