The role offers remote working with 2–3 days in Midlands or South offices and travel across the region. A strong HR background and employment law knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience as a HR/People partner, 18 months–2 years is desirable.
• Ability to advise on employee relations, performance, and talent planning.
• Experience leading strategic HR projects and change programmes.
• Confident in navigating employment law implications.

• Provide advice and guidance on Employee Relations, Performance Management, Resource and Talent Planning.
• Partner with operational managers across Restart contract to deliver People services.
• Support organisational design changes and ensure compliant delivery.
• Contribute to strategic HR change programmes and national projects.
