Job summary

Sportradar is seeking a senior reporting and analytics specialist to own the Workday reporting landscape and the Power BI ecosystem end to end. You will shape what we measure, how it is delivered, and how Workday data connects with other sources to empower stakeholders.

You will build scalable data foundations for AI readiness, drive self‑service adoption, and collaborate with HR, Finance and leadership to answer questions in seconds.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports) and People Analytics.
• Hands‑on Workday security design and access for sensitive data.
• Experience building Power BI reports and data models with multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Own reporting strategy and retire obsolete metrics.
• Design, build and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards.
• Develop Discovery Boards and People Analytics content to drive adoption.
• Deliver self‑service reporting and train stakeholders.
• Create cross‑system data flows between Workday and Power BI models.
• Lay data foundations to enable AI tooling with clean, governed data.
• Maintain data quality and secure access for the right users.
