Dow Jones is seeking a London-based Senior Analyst in People Insights to advance quantitative modeling and data storytelling across the global workforce. You will be the regional contact for HR functions in EMEA & APAC and lead state-of-the-art analytics initiatives, from attrition forecasting to workforce scenario modeling.

This role combines deep analytics with stakeholder management, requiring a strong foundation in People data and HR processes.

Qualificações

• Demonstrable experience in People Analytics or HR Data Science in a consultative/technical capacity.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, or similar data visualization and manipulation tools.
• Strong expertise in advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle, as well as a solid understanding of core HR processes and People data.
• Ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable advice.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with EMEA & APAC HR and business leaders to translate complex workforce challenges into actionable, hypothesis-driven analytical projects.
• Design, build and validate predictive statistical models (e.g., attrition, headcount, talent forecasting) to drive strategy.
• Translate complex quantitative outputs into clear, compelling narratives tailored for non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner with the People team to identify process optimization opportunities through data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain high data integrity via regular audits while ensuring ethical, transparent handling of sensitive information in compliance with GDPR and local regulations.
• Support regional compliance by extracting, cleaning and validating workforce datasets under tight deadlines.
• Proactively evolve our analytics capabilities by identifying improved methods, tools and emerging AI solutions to strengthen the people analytics function.
