Job summary

The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN) in Putney, London, is seeking a Senior People Advisor to deliver expert guidance on employee relations across the spectrum, from absence management to disciplinaries and organisational change.

You will partner with the HR Business Partner, drive improvements in HR service delivery, ensure compliance with employment law, and support RHN stakeholders through HR projects in a collaborative, patient-centred environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations and HR compliance with employment legislation.
• Ability to manage absence, disciplinary investigations, grievances, performance management and organisational change.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to upskill colleagues to improve service delivery.
• Proficient in HR systems; Workday experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist advice on the full spectrum of Employee Relations cases (absence, disciplinary investigations, grievance, performance management).
• Support HR Business Partner in identifying and delivering HR projects to improve HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies across the organisation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and stakeholder engagement.
