This role is a dynamic, generalist HR position that blends expertise, creativity, and business acumen to provide effective solutions and drive positive change across the organisation.

As a Senior People Advisor, you will play a key role in providing strategic and operational HR support across the organisation. You will provide expert HR guidance, ensuring that HR policies, practices, and compliance are effectively implemented. This role requires a strong understanding of employment law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Utilising data-driven insights to inform decisions and craft impactful solutions.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, challenging constructively and offering innovative approaches while maintaining a consistently high-quality experience for all stakeholders.
  • Aligning HR initiatives with business goals to ensure the HR function is proactive and responsive to the organisation’s needs.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement to help the business evolve to meet the demands of a dynamic workforce.
  • Overseeing employee relations, wellbeing, and absence management, driving initiatives that ensure a positive and healthy work environment.
  • Working closely with stakeholders, balancing multiple perspectives to ensure HR solutions are aligned with business goals and executed effectively.
  • Supporting leaders and employees in navigating complex HR matters and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Consistently delivering high-quality outputs and offering actionable recommendations to drive performance across teams, helping the RSM achieve its business outcomes.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications such as CIPD or Strategic Human Resource Management preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience of line management (preferred).
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What we can offer you:

  • Hybrid and Flexible working (at least one day per week onsite).
  • 26 Days Holiday (with the option of purchasing additional days).
  • Lifestyle, Health, and Wellbeing including financial wellbeing benefits such as financial tools, electric car scheme and access to a virtual GP.
  • Access to a suite of 300+ courses on demand developed by our inhouse Talent Development team.
