Abenefit2u in Leeds is seeking a proactive Lead Pensions Administrator to deliver high-quality administration across a portfolio of pension schemes within the Annual Events & Projects function. You will own complex admin activities and ensure timely, accurate delivery of annual processes.

This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads to meet service levels, even during change.

Responsibilities

• Own complex administration activities including valuations, benefit statements and annual pension processes.
• Act as technical and operational reference for junior colleagues.
• Maintain high data standards and prioritise workloads to meet service levels during change.
• Support process development, quality checks, training and coaching.
