Job summary

Abenefit2u is seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator to join the Defined Benefit Annual Events & Projects team in Leeds. You will deliver high-quality DB pension scheme administration and support annual events and project activities, ensuring timely completion to service levels and contributing to process improvements.

You will handle valuations, annual statements, and benefit calculations, with a proactive, independent approach and strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Defined Benefit pensions administration.
• Experience in pension benefit calculations.
• Strong data validation and accuracy focus.
• Clear, proactive communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver DB pension scheme administration for annual events and projects.
• Produce annual statements and valuations as required.
• Support pension increase exercises and regulatory calculations.
• Contribute to data cleansing and ad-hoc data projects.
• Assist with reviews of group life assurance and related activities.
