Job summary

Willis Towers Watson plc in the UK is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to join our Outsourcing team in Redhill. You will handle complex pension calculations and support a portfolio of clients in a hybrid setting, mentoring junior staff and ensuring accuracy across Retirements and Transfers.

You will bring DB experience, strong attention to detail, and proficient Excel/Word skills, enabling high-volume processing with quality and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Escalate technical issues and handle client queries as needed.
