Qualifications

• Pensions administration experience with knowledge of DB and DC schemes.
• Experience coaching, training and mentoring others.
• Excellent numeracy and data inputting skills.
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Pension Administrators.
• Ensure casework aligns with scheme rules and SLAs.
• Support operational service delivery and client requirements.
• Identify training needs and support staff development.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and timely processing.
• Review processes to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
