Senior Pensions Administrator

This is a hybrid role where you will work 50% from home and 50% in the Sheffield office, allowing you to connect and collaborate with colleagues.

We are also seeking Team Managers to oversee one of our largest pensions administration teams in Sheffield, managing both team operations and client relationships. Please apply if you are interested in a management role, and we can discuss further.

What the day will look like:
  • Becoming an SME for processes, clients, systems, and tools, with proficiency in processing and checking.
  • Monitoring team activity and coordinating workload to meet SLAs.
  • Producing and analyzing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying process issues and driving solutions.
  • Implementing changes to tools and documentation to support service delivery.
  • Enhancing processing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge documents, including legislative changes.
  • Sharing best practices through training.
  • Participating in audits.
  • Providing constructive feedback and supporting team performance.
  • Participating in projects impacting team operations.
