XPS Group is hiring a Pensions Administration Manager - Defined Benefits in Reading. You will lead a team delivering pensions administration for a varied client portfolio, ensuring high service levels and technical accuracy.

In this senior role you will manage client relationships, oversee billing and governance, and contribute to strategic changes with the Senior Management team. The position is hybrid and based in Reading.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of pensions administration and schemes.
• Experience with Defined Benefit schemes including leavers, retirements, transfers, and pension increases.
• Strong IT skills with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead pensions administration services for the assigned client portfolio.
• Oversee day-to-day relationships with trustees and corporate clients and attend meetings.
• Manage admin billing, time recording, and monthly invoicing processes.
• Drive improvements through internal audits and governance tracking measures.
• Mentor and develop pensions administration staff and support career progression.
