Referment in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced pensions consultant to join a post-transaction team supporting buy-ins, buy-outs and wind-ups for trustees and sponsors. You will work closely with the pension risk transfer group and other business units to ensure a seamless end-to-end process from buy-in to wind-up, while building relationships with advisers, insurers and sponsoring employers.

A proactive, results-focused approach and strong project management will help deliver timely

Qualificações

• Experience in a pensions consulting environment or with a bulk annuity provider.
• Proven understanding of insurer post-transaction processes and pension scheme wind-ups.
• Strong UK pensions technical knowledge and legislative awareness.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with advisers, insurers, trustees and sponsoring employers.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including client presentations.
• Proactive, solutions-driven with strategic thinking and risk awareness.
• Experience overseeing financial aspects and managing project risks.

Responsabilidades

• Support trustees and sponsors through the transition from buy-in to buy-out and wind-up.
• Project-manage schemes and insurers to keep the process on track and deliver pragmatic solutions.
• Help move schemes to wind-up within agreed timescales.
• Support business development, attend networking events and tenders.
