Aptia is seeking a Senior Pension Analyst to lead the delivery of scheme events services across a portfolio of pension schemes. You’ll manage complex calculations, renewals and valuation-related activities, and drive change programmes with clients and industry stakeholders.

You’ll coach colleagues, build strong relationships with trustees and actuaries, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive pensions administration experience and scheme events knowledge.
• Ability to lead multiple projects with strong planning and delivery.
• Experience with defined benefit schemes and pensions legislation.

• Lead delivery of scheme events operations across multiple pension schemes.
