Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of scheme events operations across a portfolio of pension schemes.
• Manage complex calculations, pension increases, renewals and valuation-related activities.
• Support and govern regulatory and client-driven change programmes.
• Handle escalated client and member issues and drive effective resolution.
• Build strong relationships with clients, trustees, actuaries and internal stakeholders.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and outcomes.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to develop team capability.
