Aptia Group in Manchester is seeking a Senior Pension Administrator to lead complex scheme events and deliver accurate, timely results for clients, trustees and members. You will manage end-to-end events, including increases and valuations, while handling challenging queries with professionalism.

The role requires strong DB pensions experience, good understanding of pension legislation, and the ability to mentor junior staff.

Formación

• Extensive experience in pensions administration, incl. defined benefit schemes.
• Strong knowledge of scheme events and pensions legislation.
• Ability to manage complex calculations and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client liaison skills.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of complex scheme events (increases, renewals, valuations).
• Handle complex client and member queries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Collaborate with trustees, actuaries and internal teams to deliver strong client outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and client experience.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to colleagues across the team.
