Job summary

DK Recruitment in Plymouth is seeking a Payroll Executive to take responsibility for the accurate and timely delivery of payroll across multiple entities. You will ensure compliance, confidentiality and a high level of service to employees and internal stakeholders.

This role covers end-to-end payroll, RTI submissions to HMRC, pension contributions and auto-enrolment, payroll journals, GDPR-compliant records and handling payroll queries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and confidentiality.
• Experience with GDPR compliance in payroll.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll across three separate entities.
• Submit RTI to HMRC within deadlines.
• Process pension contributions and auto-enrolment.
• Prepare and post payroll journals.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant payroll records.
• Handle employee payroll queries confidentially.
• Work with timekeeping systems and payroll reporting.
