Job summary

Price Bailey LLP is seeking a Payroll Processor/Senior to manage client payrolls end-to-end across our offices, using payroll software and manual processes where needed. You will serve as a main client contact, ensuring accurate payrolls while staying compliant with PAYE and current payroll legislation.

The role supports automation and AI to improve efficiency, with a focus on high-quality service and collaboration within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing client payrolls from start to finish in a bureau/practice environment.
• Strong knowledge of PAYE and payroll legislation.
• A forward-thinking approach to technology, leveraging automation and AI to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client payrolls from start to finish, including complex assignments.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing responsive and professional service.
• Reconcile payroll information, investigate issues and collaborate with clients and colleagues to resolve them.
• Support other Payroll Processors with day-to-day queries and identify opportunities for wider HR or employment law support.
• Maintain high quality standards and up-to-date payroll knowledge, including time recording and billing administration.
