Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Assistant to join our busy finance department. You will manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned payrolls and support payroll projects while training and advising colleagues as needed.

Reporting to the Head of Payroll, you’ll deliver expert guidance on payroll policies, ensure compliance, and provide timely data to stakeholders. A strong Excel skill set and CIPP qualification or active studies are expected.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong Excel and general IT skills.
• CIPP qualification or actively studying toward.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for allocated payrolls.
• Support payroll projects and assist with policy development.
• Deliver payroll training and respond to payroll queries.
• Prepare third-party reports (Nest, ONS, HMRC) and maintain compliance.
