Job summary

Agincare Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Assistant to join its busy finance team in the UK. You will manage end-to-end payroll for multiple payrolls, support payroll projects, and provide training as needed.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in end-to-end payroll.
• Flexible approach to changing demands.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent IT skills, especially Excel and receptive to technology changes.
• CIPP qualification, studying or willing to study towards.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing.
• Working closely with the Head of Payroll and Assistant Payroll Manager in the delivery of project-based work.
• Third-party reporting, including Nest, Office of National Statistics, Court Orders and HMRC.
• Deliver expert guidance on payroll processing, policies and procedures.
• Deliver payroll-specific training to the team where required.
• Provide advice to queries as required, and support the team to be responsive and accurate in their responses.
• Provide key data as require.
