Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Payroll Assistant to join our busy finance team and manage their own payrolls while supporting payroll projects. Reporting to the Head of Payroll, you will provide training and guidance on payroll policies, and help ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing.

You will work closely with the Head of Payroll and Assistant Payroll Manager, handle third-party reporting, and respond to queries with a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with end-to-end payroll processing.
• Excellent IT skills, especially Excel.
• Able to adapt to changing demands and technology updates.
• CIPP qualification or willingness to study towards

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing.
• Support Head of Payroll and Assistant Payroll Manager on projects.
• Produce third-party reports (Nest, ONS, Court Orders, HMRC).
• Advise on payroll policies and procedures and educate the team.
• Deliver payroll-specific training to the team.
• Provide data and respond to queries accurately
