Handleys Accountants is seeking an experienced Payroll Senior/Manager to oversee a diverse payroll client portfolio. The role requires strong Sage proficiency, client communications, and a solid grasp of payroll legislation, including RTI and auto-enrolment.

Flexible for full or part-time hours, with a friendly, supportive team. You will lead payroll processing across weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual cycles, handle complex deductions, and prepare statutory returns.

Qualificações

• Experience managing payroll for multiple clients across varied portfolios.
• Proficiency with Sage payroll software and accurate payroll processing.
• Solid knowledge of payroll legislation and auto-enrolment requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage payroll for a portfolio of clients with timely processing.
• Utilise Sage to maintain client pay records and process weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual payrolls.
• Apply knowledge of payroll regs to calculate and reconcile deductions (NI, tax, pensions, etc).
• Handle complex payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Act as primary contact for payroll and CIS matters, offering guidance.
• Lead preparation and submission of statutory payroll returns (P11Ds, P35, P60, P45, CIS300).
