Job summary

Ciphr is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to join our payroll team at the Reading HQ. You will manage end-to-end payroll for a portfolio of clients, handle PAYE matters, pensions, and year-end duties, while advising on HMRC changes.

Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processing and end-to-end payroll tasks.
• Knowledge of pensions, benefits, and RTI procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with bureau customers.
• Handle PAYE matters, pensions deductions, and year-end procedures (P60s, P11ds).
• Respond to HMRC/employee queries and maintain payroll accuracy.
