CMA Recruitment Group in Horndean, Hampshire is recruiting for a Payroll Administrator / Senior Payroll Administrator to support a busy payroll team and a portfolio of diverse clients. You will ensure accurate payroll processing with HMRC/CIS compliance and provide responsive client service.

The role uses Brightpay software and offers an office-based environment with opportunities for career progression within a growing practice and a supportive team focused on staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Proven payroll management experience in an accountancy practice or payroll bureau.
• Strong knowledge of HMRC compliance, CIS, and payroll legislation.
• Experience with Brightpay or similar payroll software.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage detailed payroll calculations for a diverse client portfolio.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve payroll queries.
• Support team with technical payroll issues and process improvements.
• Use Brightpay to process payroll runs accurately and on time.
• Stay updated on payroll legislation and implement updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
