Qualifications

• Experience in the financial sector and knowledge of payments.
• Understanding front-to-back payment journeys across Market Infrastructures and cross-border flows.
• ISO 20022 payment and message detail knowledge/exposure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyse business problems and requirements that require change.
• Develop business requirements to address problems and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet needs and expectations.
• Support creation of business cases to justify investment in proposed solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies to determine viability of solutions.
• Create reports on project progress to ensure timeliness and budget adherence.
• Design operational and process designs to deliver solutions within scope.
• Support change management activities and traceability to embed solutions.
