DigiTech Resourcing is partnered with a payments innovator to appoint a Payments Senior Business Analyst to shape change and transformation initiatives. You will define requirements, assess options and support delivery from business case through testing and implementation.

The role demands deep payments knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to bridge business needs with technical outcomes across small to large programmes in a regulated UK landscape.

Qualifications

• Strong BA experience in payments and change initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of the UK payments landscape and regulations.
• Experience delivering across small to large programmes.
• Excellent requirements gathering and specification skills.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams with stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solver who challenges constructively.
