DigiTech Resourcing is partnered with a payments innovator to appoint a Payments Senior Business Analyst to shape change and transformation initiatives. You will define requirements, assess options and support delivery from business case through testing and implementation.

The role demands deep payments knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to bridge business needs with technical outcomes across small to large programmes in a regulated UK landscape.

£70,000–£80,000 + bonus + excellent benefits / Pension

I'm currently working with a company at the forefront of the payments industry as they look to bring in a Payments Senior Business Analyst to support a range of significant change and transformation initiatives.

You'll be working on medium to large-scale change programmes, helping shape problems into practical solutions, define requirements and outcomes, assess options, and support delivery from early-stage business cases through to testing and implementation.

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong Business Analysis experience within payments (MUST)
• A solid understanding of the UK payments landscape
• Experience working across both smaller projects and large, complex programmes
• Strong requirements gathering, definition and specification skills
• The ability to bridge business and technical requirements, working effectively with architects, developers and other technical specialists
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, regulators and industry participants
• A good understanding of payments-related regulation and compliance
• Someone who can challenge constructively, identify problems and help shape the right solution rather than simply document requirements
• You'll be joining a Change function working on initiatives that will help shape the future infrastructure and evolution of digital payments, so this isn't just a BA role maintaining the status quo.
