You will document end-to-end processes, map controls, and partner with Operations, Compliance/Legal, and Control Management to strengthen audit readiness and risk transparency.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, governance materials, and concise executive summaries to support regulatory reviews.

Formación

• Experience in a banking/financial services environment, operations, governance, or controls-adjacent role.
• Strong analytical and logical mindset with ability to break down complex processes and identify risks/controls.
• Proven ability to build process maps and documentation with attention to quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to engage stakeholders to validate facts and drive alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain end-to-end process maps for critical and regulatory Client Service processes.
• Develop and embed a consistent process mapping approach with standards, naming conventions, and ownership.
• Use process maps to highlight risks, handoffs, and control gaps; validate with stakeholders.
• Support a sustainable process inventory and mapping cadence aligned to change and audits.
• Assist with root cause analysis and identify opportunities to improve processes and controls.
• Contribute to monthly governance content and prepare materials for audit/exam engagement.
