Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Client Services Senior Associate within the Payments Client Service team in the UK.

You will support the EMEA/APAC Governance agenda, focusing on mapping critical Client Service processes and strengthening audit readiness. Responsibilities include building end-to-end process maps, embedding a standard approach, identifying risks and controls, and producing governance materials for reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking/financial services operations, governance, or controls-adjacent roles.
• Strong analytical and logical mindset with ability to break down complex processes.
• Proven experience building process maps and process documentation with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end process maps for critical and regulatory Client Service processes.
• Develop and embed a consistent process mapping approach (standards, naming conventions, versioning, RACI/ownership, control points).
• Use process maps to identify risks, controls, and evidence; validate with stakeholders.
• Support a sustainable process inventory and mapping cadence aligned to changes and audits.
• Contribute to governance content and materials for audit/exam readiness.
