Job summary

Tupsley Dental Practice in Hereford is seeking a part-time Patient Coordinator to join our private practice. You will oversee the patient journey from initial enquiry through to treatment, while supporting the Clinic Manager and acting as Deputy when needed.

The role combines patient coordination, new patient management, treatment follow-up, social media and marketing in a growth-focused environment. You will lead and support a team, own the patient experience, and participate in practice

Qualifications

• Experience in dental coordination or admin
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and support a team

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of the patient journey from initial enquiry through to treatment completion and beyond
• Building strong relationships with new and existing patients
• Following up patients with outstanding or unbooked treatment
• Supporting recall and patient reactivation initiatives
• Monitoring patient feedback and identifying opportunities to improve the patient experience
• Working with reception and clinical teams for proactive communication
• Managing new patient enquiries and ensuring timely follow-up
• Supporting Open Days, promotions and other growth initiatives
• Helping coordinate staffing and resolve day-to-day operational issues
• Assisting with routine management correspondence and administration
• Identifying improvements to practice processes
• Taking ownership and making confident decisions when required
