Envisage Dental is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager for Tupsley Dental Practice in Hereford. You will join an established private practice, supporting leadership, patient care, and daily operations while developing management skills.

You will work closely with the Practice Manager, expanding your role to Duty Manager when needed and leading initiatives to enhance patient journeys and engagement across the team.

Qualifications

• Previous dental management experience preferred.
• Organised with strong people skills.
• Willing to develop leadership and management skills.
• Comfortable talking to patients and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager with day-to-day running of the practice.
• Act as Duty Manager when required.
• Improve the patient journey and experience.
• Support Open Days, marketing activity and patient communications.
• Develop our social media presence and online engagement.
• Support staff onboarding, training and development, and compliance initiatives.
