Job summary

Bupa Dental Care Market Chambers in Peterborough is seeking a GDC registered Dental Nurse to join as a Treatment Coordinator. You will support patients through their treatment journey and perform nursing duties as required in a modern, fully private practice in Peterborough city centre.

You will discuss treatment options, coordinate appointments, and contribute to a high-quality patient experience. The role offers ongoing CPD training, a supportive team, and access to advanced digital technology

Qualifications

• GDC registered Dental Nurse qualification.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Organised and professional approach.
• Experience as Treatment Coordinator desirable.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new private patients to the practice; and existing patients expressing an interest in specialist treatments.
• Confidently discuss the treatment and fees involved.
• Deliver a high-quality service to ensure patient satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.
• Be a champion of customer satisfaction and coach team members on best practice.
• Coordinate dentist appointments throughout the treatment plan.
• Establish and maintain productive working relationships with all members of the practice team.
• Play a key role in the practice leadership team, supporting and deputising for the Practice Manager.
