Part-time Patient Coordinator | Deputy to Clinic Manager
At Tupsley Dental Practice, Hereford,we're looking for an experienced, highly organised and personable Patient Coordinator to join our established private practice.
This is a key role within the practice, combining patient coordination, new patient management, treatment follow-up, social media and marketing, alongside an important Deputy role supporting the Clinic Manager.
We're looking for someone who is confident taking ownership, commercially aware and experienced in leading and supporting a team. You will be a trusted member of the management team and will be expected to step up and support the Clinic Manager when required.
As our Patient Coordinator, you'll have your own dedicated working space and will take ownership of the patient journey, ensuring patients receive a seamless, professional and engaging experience from their first enquiry through to treatment and ongoing care.
Alongside your Patient Coordinator responsibilities, you'll form part of the practice management team, providing leadership and operational support to the Clinic Manager.
When required, you'll step into a Deputy/Duty Manager capacity, helping to ensure the practice continues to run smoothly, the team remains supported and our high standards are maintained.

This role is about much more than following up treatment or filling appointments. We want our patients to feel looked after, listened to and supported from their very first enquiry through to the completion of their treatment and beyond.
